OUR HISTORY
The law firm, Lacasa Abogados, Palacios & Partners, was founded with the integration of 8 professionals who had previously worked together under the management of the managing partner of the firm, Fernando Lacasa Echeverría. They included Juan Ignacio Palacios Rubio, Pablo Solá Martí and Miguel Ángel Palazón Esteban, who are still partners in the firm today.
Initially dedicated to commercial and civil matters, the arrival of new clients and the growth of existing ones led to an expansion in the areas of practice and the number of professionals. The Employment, Public Law and Bankruptcy Law areas were started, with partners Sergio A. Royo García and Daniel Serna Bardavío of more than 20 years joining the firm.
Today it is a multidisciplinary firm of over 30 professionals covering all branches of Law, maintaining the same values of commitment and responsibility that have made our growth possible in recent decades.

From the Commercial-Civil Area, we provide comprehensive advice on actions and legal matters of all kinds that may affect the interests and rights of individuals and companies.
Bankruptcy Area
We are involved in bankruptcy proceedings, on behalf of either the bankrupt entity or creditors, while also holding the position of bankruptcy administrator.
Public Area
We are involved in bankruptcy proceedings, on behalf of either the bankrupt entity or creditors, while also holding the position of bankruptcy administrator.
Employment Area
The employment area provides all the services of a legal-labour consultancy for a company.
International Presence
Most of the members of our team can work professionally in English, which has led to a number of multinational companies being among our clients: either foreign entities with subsidiaries in Spain or Spanish companies with a presence outside our borders. We provide legal assistance in the acquisition of Spanish companies by foreign companies and vice versa.
We can also operate in French, German and Italian for clients and matters in these languages.
