Bankruptcy Area

Our involvement ranges from advice and preparing pre-bankruptcy proceedings to the submission of bankruptcy applications and their subsequent monitoring.

We also take part in the work prior to obtaining the Creditors Agreement, in carrying out Viability Plans, and intervening in the Refinancing process provided for in the Bankruptcy Law Consolidated Text.

We also hold the position of Bankruptcy Administrator, intervening on behalf of or substituting the bankrupt party, depending on each case, and conducting liquidation operations, which gives us a global vision of the bankruptcy procedure.

We also get involved in the beginning of the mediation procedure and any subsequent bankruptcy of natural persons to obtain the bankruptcy declaration (BEPI).
