At LACASA ABOGADOS, PALACIOS & PARTNERS we closely follow all the information, regulations and recommendations published by the health authorities regarding COVID-19 with the aim of protecting all citizens, with special attention to the most vulnerable groups and collaborate in the containment of the epidemic at the local level.
Our primary objective is to ensure the health and safety of the Firm’s professionals and employees, their families and also those of our clients, whom we continue to serve without interruption. In accordance with its business continuity plans, the Firm has activated its incident management team and has adopted the following coronavirus prevention measures.
- In response to the recommendations of the health authorities in our country, since last week the Office has promoted the use of teleworking and virtual communication tools, and has imposed restrictions on non-essential travel.
- Likewise, and since 03/13/2020, the Firm has recommended to its professionals and employees, when the position allows it, to perform their work from home. Thus, as of today, almost the entire team is performing its functions in remote mode with the limitation of the staff in our offices to minimum services.
In addition, we are monitoring the legislative and regulatory developments that affect companies, in order to inform our clients immediately of the decisions that affect them, and allow them to adapt to a reality that is changing every day.
