Yesterday concluded the Specialization Course on Basic Administrative Law, organized by the Royal and Illustrious Bar Association of Zaragoza, with the presentation of our colleague Daniel Serna Bardavío on public procurement. Despite the limited time to deal with such a complex subject, he offered us an analysis of the regulatory change and the main novelties affecting the current Public Sector Contracts Law. In addition, he gave us an overview of the main issues that affect the day-to-day running of tenders.
Although the presentation was mainly addressed to lawyers, he made important references to the staff of the Public Administration. In this way, he presented a practical view of the processing of tenders and the main problems faced by administrations, offering ideas and solutions that benefit the Administration and economic operators.
