signature"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Thanks to the increasing advance of technology, we are participating in the exponential growth of software tools that incorporate electronic signature procedures such as, for example, DocuSign, Signaturit and Adobe Sign.<\/p>\n\n<p>This type of tool has managed to facilitate the signature process in most of the daily commercial operations, guaranteeing a series of security measures that protect both the integrity of the documents and the confirmation of their reception, simultaneously, by the sender and the receiver.<\/p>\n\n<p>The advantage of using platforms of this type is manifested, among other aspects, in their simplicity, since they are totally intuitive tools that allow the user to use them without the need for superior computer skills.<\/p>\n\n<p>Another of the most outstanding aspects is its speed, since it allows users to have the document signed by the intervening parties with a simple <em>click<\/em> of the mouse, avoiding having to depend on the Post Office and other courier companies with the costs and delays that this may entail.<\/p>\n\n<p>Notwithstanding all the above, I began this review by introducing a nuance that, in our opinion, is decisive for knowing when to use computer tools of this type, and that is that we consider that they should be used mainly for minor commercial transactions, since if it is a matter of greater importance, we will always advise to revive the practice of handwritten signatures and the filing and custody of original copies as we have always done.<\/p>\n\n<p>For these and other reasons, we strongly advise companies to dare to implement the use of this type of tools, since they provide a clear advantage for companies that have a significant volume of contractual relations, especially because they are tools that do not involve high acquisition and\/or maintenance costs.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p
