proceedings and financial restructuring, which allows us to analyze the specific situation of the client, advising on the feasibility of a financial restructuring and \/ or the need to file for bankruptcy proceedings, either seeking continuity through an agreement, or through liquidation, organizing and advising on the transfer of production units, since our intervention is complete
