Yesterday afternoon, our colleague Daniel Serna, gave a monographic session on the cassation appeal in the contentious-administrative jurisdictional order, aimed primarily at legal professionals.
This session was part of the Specialization Course in Basic Administrative Law organized by the Royal and Illustrious Bar Association of Zaragoza and its Administrative Law Section.
On February 26, 2020, Daniel Serna and María Nasarre will intervene again as speakers in the above mentioned course, in order to give a specialized session on public procurement.
