We have extensive experience of our professionals, both in the field of bankruptcy proceedings and financial restructuring, which allows us to analyze the specific situation of the client, advising on the feasibility of a financial restructuring and / or the need to file for bankruptcy proceedings, either seeking continuity through an agreement, or through liquidation, organizing and advising on the transfer of production units, since our intervention is complete throughout the procedure.
On the other hand, in financial restructurings, we support our clients in the preparation of their business and viability plans, as well as intervene in the direct negotiation with the financial entities until the formalization of the corresponding agreement. We also act as insolvency administrators, which allows us to have a broad vision of the whole procedure.
