It includes the continuous advice of labor consultations in all matters concerning labor relations in the company, as well as advice in areas of expertise in matters such as labor litigation (defense in mediation services and courts), labor inspections, labor contracting, senior management relations, working time, modifications to the employment contract, individual and collective dismissals (EREs), suspension of employment contracts (ERTEs), sanctions, corporate restructuring (insourcing and outsourcing), corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions), occupational risk prevention, collective bargaining, collective conflicts, collective representation and freedom of association, social security, expatriates and preparation of equality plans.

We also integrate administrative matters related to the labor management of the company: company registrations, payroll and social security (Siltra), hiring and communication (Contrata), affiliation to the General Regime and RETA, processing of IT and work accident reports (Delta), etc.
