On January 15, Daniel Serna Bardavío, Partner of the Legal Department of our firm, specialized in administrative law, was a speaker at the “XVIII Postgraduate Courses in Law” organized by the University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM) at the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences of Toledo. More than 230 jurists (lawyers, judges, magistrates or university professors) from around twenty Latin American countries attended these postgraduate courses.

The subject of his presentation was “PUBLIC CONTRACTING AND URBANISM. NEWS IN THE LIGHT OF THE PUBLIC SECTOR CONTRACTS LAW; and in the development of the same addressed the most relevant and new issues that will involve the imminent entry into force of the new Public Sector Contracts Act.
